Refund policy

Full refund

• You haven't installed the eSIM and you ask within 30 days of buying it. Changed your plans or bought the wrong destination? This covers you.
• We couldn't deliver your eSIM, for example if the order didn't go through with our network partner.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

When it doesn't connect

If your eSIM is installed but won't connect at your destination, contact us first. Most problems are fixed in a few minutes by turning on data roaming for the RoamLite line or choosing the right network. If we can't get it working and the fault is with the eSIM or the network, we'll refund you in full, or in part if you've already used some of the data.

When we can't refund

• The eSIM has been installed and it works, including when some or all of the data has been used.
• Your phone doesn't support eSIM or is locked to a carrier. Please check your phone before you buy; if you haven't installed the eSIM yet, the first rule above still applies.
• The plan has expired, or more than 30 days have passed since you bought it.
• The eSIM was deleted from your phone after it was installed.

If you're in the EU or UK

You have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. Because an eSIM is a digital service that starts when you install it, that right ends once you install the eSIM. You agree to this at checkout. Until you install it, you can cancel for a full refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@roamlite.co from the address you used at checkout, with your order number (it starts with “RL-” and is in your email). Tell us what happened and, for connection problems, your phone model and where you are.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

This policy is part of our terms of service and doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
